How to settle an outstanding loan before returning to the UAE and finding job
Hello,
I left the UAE with an outstanding personal loan (almost 200k).
I believe the security cheque has been deposited due to non-payment from my side and a criminal case filed against me, which I am not sure about.
I have informed the bank that I will be settling the loan amicably once I land a job. At this point, I don't plan on coming back to the UAE.
But I would like to resolve this issue and maybe get legal advice for removing the case and finding a reasonable settlement amount.
Hi Sir,
Regarding your inquiry, we can resolve your matter by settling with the bank or if there is any case we will check the details first and inform you on the way to solve it.
For more information, please contact us on the phone.
Kind regards

Dear Questioner,
In order to proceed with removing and finalizing your criminal case, if any, or clear your name, you will be required to notarize and attest a POA from you to us to be able to act on your behalf and proceed with checking.
Once we get the original POA, we will check your criminal system and do the needful to clear your name even if you are not planning to come back again to the UAE.
If you are interested in the aforementioned, please provide us with a copy of your passport and visa to our email so then we can start to draft the POA and email it back to you as well.
Thanks.
