How long do the execution procedures take before getting your labour dues?
My labor execution case number is [----]. Al Adheed center informed me to get back after 21 days. More than 21 days passed but I was informed to wait till June 01. Still in process.
I need to know how long it will take to get my settlement from the company.
Kindly advise me.
Dear Questioner,
Please note that the execution procedures have got no specific time frame. Once you file execution the execution notification will be served on your employer.
When he receives it, from that date within 14 days he shall respond to it. If he fails to pay you within that time frame you may file an application to attach company assets, vehicles, properties, bank accounts and finally request the court to issue an arrest warrant against the manager of the company.
