How long will it take to get settlement from a company?

As-salam Alaikum,

My labor execution case number is {.....}. Al Adheed center asked me to get back after 21 days. More than 21 days are completed, but they are still asking me to wait till June 01.

It is still in process. I need to know how long will it take to get my settlement from the company?

Kindly advise me!

It is necessary to wait 15 days for notifying the executor for implementation, and in the event of non-payment, you should submit requests for seizure on the bank accounts of the company and the labor guarantee with the Ministry of Labor of the company shall be submitted and seizure on the commercial license and all other executive procedures; all by submitting requests to the execution judge.

I applied for the above on March 11, 2021, and I paid the charges too. Still, information from Al Adheed is asking to wait.

When I check my case status on the website, it shows "reserved".

How long will it take for the procedures? The company also is not taking care of it.

Partner and manager of that company started new company also.

As I explained previously, please wait 15 days for summons in the execution, and after that, you will start for the seizure of the company procedures in the event of non-payment.
