Termination of a limited contract by an employee during the probation period
Dear Mam,
My contract is limited. I am on probation period now. Now I want to resign.
Do I have to pay money to the employer? If so, how much?
Is it from total salary or basic salary? Can you please clarify?
Thanks!

Dear questioner,
Please note that except in cases the employment contract provides otherwise, if the employee terminates the limited-term contract before the expiry of the term, the employee will be liable to pay the employer an early termination compensation of half of three months’ remuneration, including salary and allowances, or half of the remuneration for the residual period if the contract has fewer than three months to run.
