The way of making a settlement with the bank for property mortgage
How to settle home finance in UAE which is now under default?
I bought a property in Dubai in 2007 through a bank financing the same. I had been paying my installments on time since I lost my job in 2012.
Even after losing my job and leaving Dubai, I kept paying the installments until 2017. But after that, due to my financial situation, I stopped paying for the same.
Now I want to clear my name and need assistance to get myself out of this loan by doing settlement with the bank now and stop them from taking any legal or criminal action against me.
I want to start a new fresh career in Dubai!

The best solution to clear your finance and avoid legal liability towards the outstanding installments is to find a buyer for your property who will replace you with approval from the bank.
