How to accelerate the deportation of jailed people?
Hi dear,
3 guys are inside the jail. Yesterday, a judgment came out. The judge ruled a one-year jail fine and deportation.
What we want is to deport ASAP. Is there any way for that?
Dear Questioner,
Apparently, it is so complicated process if you will do it by yourself to deport the accused person who has a deportation decision issued by the court.
Basically, the deportation process requires many applications/requests that need to be applied to the criminal court, public prosecution, and central jail.
First of all, in order to accelerate the deportation process, we have to get a POA from the accused person to be able to act on his behalf and represent him before the above-mentioned authorities.
If you would like to hire us to proceed with the deportation decision as soon as possible and let him travel, please feel free to provide us with a copy of the case file, full judgment, and identification documents of the accused person via email.
Thanks!
