ما العمل إذا لم تتم الموافقة على الاستقالة؟

Dear Questioner,

Please ask your employer to provide you with a copy of your employment contract.

You can find the nature of your employment contract in your employment contract itself.

As per UAE law, there is no step called approval of resignation or termination. The countdown starts from the day the resignation/termination is served.

Please follow the terms of the employment contract clearly. If yours is a limited contract, you will have to compensate your employer with 45 days salary as compensation for breaking the limited contract before expiry.

If you are not following the notice period terms, you will have to pay compensation in lieu of the notice period.
