How to transfer the ownership of a car to another person after leaving Dubai
I have moved to Canada permanently from Dubai. I have a car back in Dubai which is under my name and I need to transfer the ownership to my brother's name.
The car has no outstanding fees or payments. Its insurance and Mulkiya (license) are still valid.
How can I transfer the ownership without having to visit Dubai?
Dear Questioner,
Absolutely, we can assist you to transfer your car from your name to your brother’s name.
What we need from you is to get a POA from you to us to be able to act on your behalf.
Apparently, you have to provide us with a copy of your passport, old visa, old EID, mulkiya, and driving license, to our email so then we can start to proceed with drafting the POA and send it to you for notarization and attestation in Canada.
If you do not have enough information for how to proceed with notarization, we have our clients who are living there and they can assist you by calling for the steps that should be taken.
Looking forward to hear from you soon.
Thanks.

POA to your brother or third part attested in the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Dear Questioner,
You can certainly do so. You need to issue a Power of Attorney to a third person to sell your car.
This Power of Attorney has to be notarized in the UAE Embassy in Canada and then sent to us. We can assist you with the same.
You can send us a chat request or contact us on the number provided to book a meeting.
Regards.
