No rental cheques have been issued and tenancy is not registered.

Registered or renewed? We need clarity on this and how were the payments taken?

What contract do you have with the tenant? The cheques that were bounced were of how much amount?

It would be better to reach us by calling.

The tenancy was renewed but no rental cheques nor any cash payment is issued.

It is the RAK Municipality contract. Bounced cheques were issued for annual PMF charges.
