How to make sure the employment visa application won't be rejected for TB

Dear Madam,

I worked 14 years as a sales supervisor at one leading retail company in the UAE, Dubai from 2005 to 2019. I left the UAE and returned back to my home country Nepal in August 2019. Now I got a job offer from the same company and want to return to Dubai.

I am wary regarding medical fitness test as I was diagnosed with tuberculosis TB in 1999 while I was in Kathmandu and treated at a government hospital and completed my medication and thereafter, I never experienced any medical issues related to TB.

Kindly let me know the process, how to apply for the UAE residence VISA.

Thanks and best regards

P. from Nepal

Dear P.,

Thank you for your enquiry.

Kindly note that applying for a UAE work visa is the sole responsibility of the employer. If you have a job offer, the visa must be processed by the employer itself.

During the medical examination, they shall take your blood samples and chest x-ray. Once the results are favourable, you will be able to get the visa.

Needless to say, you should speak with the employer to expedite your visa process at the earliest.

If you need any assistance further, contact us on the phone or by email.

Thank you.

Sughra.
