Questions & Answers
What can I do if I want to sue my employer and my visa is expiring soon?
Hi,
I am about to file a case against my employer.
My employment visa will be expiring in the fourth week of April and I want to get a freelance visa or register with a freelancing company. Is there a way I can do this?
Otherwise what happens? Will I have a valid visa and ID? How can I apply for a temporary work permit?
Dear Questioner,
Further to your inquiries, we would like to inform you that it is possible for you to file a case against your current employer and get a temporary work permit while the case is ongoing.
Once you register your case, you will be able to cancel your current labour card to proceed with a new one.
You have the choice to get a new freelance visa or register a company with an official license to stamp your visa through it.
Apparently, we can assist you to file a labor case against your employer and finalize your company registration together with issuing your new visa.
Please feel free to contact us at our email.
Thanks.
