Questions & Answers
What can you do to speed up the labour appeal judgement?
Dear All,
Please do let me know how long does the court of appeal take to make a judgement. Can a court of appeal reject the appeal submitted by the defendant?
I am looking for a good labour attorney, would appreciate it if you can give me your contact details.
Thank you and looking forward!

As for your questions, the appeal judgment depends on each case. There may be amendments in a case that can cause delays.
The appeal can be rejected if it's not up to merit or within the appeal period time frame.

Dear questioner,
Generally, the timeline can not be estimated for any case.
However, for labour cases, the timelines can be a bit shorter. Yes, the appeal can be rejected. It is not mandatory for the Court to accept any claim, be it even in the appeal stage.
