لماذا يتم إصدار منع إداري دائم؟

Dear Questioner,

Federal law no. 6 of 1973 concerning Immigration and Residence of Foreigners, provides the instances where the Ministry of Interior can issue an order for deportation against foreigners regardless of whether he/she holds valid entry or residence visa.

An Administrative deportation order can be issued by Federal Identity and Citizenship Authority against expatriates for maintaining public security, public interest, and public morals.

A permanent administrative ban may be issued on the following category of expatriates:

1. Maids and other similar individuals, who canceled their residence visas before the expiration of their labour contracts.

2. Persons who absconded from their sponsors and were reported to the police.

3. Persons against whom an administrative deportation order was issued.
