What is the expected penalty when the bank files a case for credit card

After I was suspecting that the bank said one credit card case is registered against me and now they demand double of the credit card limit… A: If there is already a judgement against you and if it's a fine amount only, you can pay the same and clear the liability instantly…

Please try to get more information regarding the criminal case pending against you.

If there is already a judgement against you and if it's a fine amount only, you can pay the same and clear the liability instantly.

If the cheque amount is less than AED 200,000, the maximum penalty will be AED 10,000.

Or else, you may negotiate with the bank and request them to withdraw the case.
