Acting against a claim for illegal competition

Sir.

I am from China and live in Iran with my family. We have a family business in Tehran (restaurant) and we worked for 15 years with no problem.

We received a letter from the court that we have a case from the owner of two restaurants in the same street for illegal competition, asking to pay him compensation.

What can we do?

Hello

This claim can have two different bases. One- from a private claimant and two- from a public organization.

In many cases, such claims have no point and will not end to compensation.

Of course, if the claimant is a private person with a legitimate claim, it might end with compensation.

As I understand your question, this is also unlikely. In any case, I should see the letter to give you a proper consultation.
