هل من القانوني طلب شيك ضمان من الموظفين وعدم دفع مستحقات نهاية الخدمة؟
سيدي العزيز / سيدتي العزيزة،
لقد قدمت شيك ضمان (غير مؤرخ) للشركة التي أعمل بها عندما انضممت للعمل معهم. ولكن عندما يترك الموظفون وظائفهم، تمنحهم الشركة مبلغًا أقل من التسوية المستحقة لهم.
وإذا طلبنا التسوية الصحيحة المستحقة، فإنهم يهددوننا "إذا طلبت المزيد، سنقوم بإيداع الشيك" على هذا النحو. لنفترض أنهم أودعوا الشيك وتم ارتجاعه، ماذا سيحدث في هذه الحالة؟
ليس لديّ سوى نسخة من الشيك. ليس لديّ أي دليل آخر. هل يمكنك أن تخبرني كيف يمكن حل هذه المشكلة والحصول على قيمة التسوية بالكامل؟

Taking security cheques from the employees and threatening them when they ask for the end of service benefits; such activities on the part of the employer are illegal.
You shall raise this as a complaint to the ministry of labour [if your company is a mainland company].
You shall inform the ministry regarding such illegal activities that your employer use as a weapon to withhold the end of service benefits.
