الاستقالة بعد 15 يوم عمل في حالة العقود محددة المدة

لقد انضممت للتو للعمل لدى شركة بموجب عقد محدد المدة. لقد وقّعت على العقد الصادر عن وزارة العمل، لكنني لم أجري الفحوصات الطبية.

أنا أعمل معهم في الوقت الحالي منذ 15 يومًا. هل يمكنني الاستقالة خلال هذه الفترة أم لا؟

ما هي المشكلة التي يمكن أن أواجهها؟ هل سيتم فرض حرمان علي؟

Dear Questioner,

Monetary compensation is payable by the employee for resigning before the end of the limited employment contract. Article (116) of the Labour Law provides that:

"The employee becomes liable for compensating the employer against losses incurred by him in consequence of contract termination, provided that the amount of compensation, may not exceed half a month's pay for a period of three months or for the remaining period of contract whichever is shorter, unless the terms of the contract provide otherwise."

Kindly note that the employer is not eligible for any costs incurred in regards to your employment visa.
