Dear questioner,
The date available from the land dept of Dubai should be treated as authentic data. If there is any mismatch in data provided by the developer and the data provided by the land dept, then it's the responsibility of the developer to update on land dept website.

Dear Client,
Good day!
Yes, you have the right to get full information.
We can file the case and ask for an investigation report from the Land Department that will give you all the details of the status of the project; the name of the developer, name of the master developer, the name of the contractor, when the project is completed, the status of completion, and the level of the construction.
All the details you can receive from the report and, with that report, we can file the case in the court for termination, refund, and compensation thereof.
For further assistance, please feel free to contact us via phone or email.
Thank you!
