Who is the signing authority of a company to give a POA?

In a company, there are 3 partners and one of them is the manager.

Now, who can give the POA for court cases to lawyers? Any of the 3 people can give or only the manager can give as per the UAE companies law?

The general practice in the UAE that in the company's MOA, the manager is mentioned as a decision-making authority and authorized by partners for appointing a lawyer also.

Therefore, the manager most probably, but for clarity, you should check your Memorandum of Association draft.

You may contact me directly on the phone or by email for further consultation.
