كيفية مسح الحكم بالسجن الصادر في قضية شيك مرتجع والعودة إلى الإمارات

مرحبًا، 

هناك قضية شيك مرتجع مرفوعة ضدي في دولة الإمارات (بقيمة 345,000 درهم) منذ عام 2018. أثناء غيابي، أصدرت المحكمة حكمًا ضدي بالسجن لمدة 18 شهرًا.

أنا الآن في الهند، كيف يمكنني مسح هذا الحكم باستخدام توكيل وما هو الإطار الزمني للقيام بذلك أيضًا؟
