Please note that there is no automatic travel ban on the managing partner in commercial and labour cases.

During the execution stage of these cases, if the claim is unrealized even after attached all the steps of attachment, the next step is to issue an arrest warrant against the manager of the company. This will be notified to immigration as well.

If there is a search warrant against that person, he will not be able to renew the visa until he settles the matter.
