Providing an employee with an insufficient notice period upon termination
I had a contract for 2 years and I was happily working in my organization, then surprisingly, my employer decided not to renew my contract 10 days before the end of the contract.
Is that legal?
It is an insufficient notice period.

Dear Questioner,
What your employer did is completely illegal based on the labor law and the fact that that he should notify you with legal notice before (30) days of contract expiration.
Apparently, the action that has been done by your employer can be considered as arbitrary dismissal which deserves 3 months' compensation.
