The right to claim money from salon after bad hair treatment
I had a keratin treatment on December 31 and after a day I complained as they have damaged my hair. They advised me to blow dry my hair every after the shower.
I tried it for a few days until I got tired and it isn't supposed to be this way, so I went back to the salon and talked to the owner.
She claimed that it's their mistake and advised me to give my hair a rest for 2 weeks so they can do the same treatment again. I agreed.
However, I am hesitant that my hair might be more damaged as it is already brittle and crumbled. It's totally destroyed. I have another week to do the same procedure again.
Can I demand to take my money back and not do the same treatment again?

We recommend you to request your money back, it's much better than destroying your hair for a lifetime.
If they refused to give your money back, you have the absolute legal right to sue them and claim reasonable compensation.
