Staying in the UAE for three years without a valid visa
Hello,
I have an Indian friend. he lived in Dubai for three years and when he was exiting, he knew that he overstayed in Dubai for 3 years.
He had a visa that was valid for only one month. When he decided to go back to India, the immigration officer said that he should pay a fine (big amount) or he gets banned.
He did not have such an amount of money so they scanned his eyes, then he left. Anyway, one year has passed since he left Dubai and he wants to re-enter Dubai because he has a job opportunity (with a working visa ).
Is there a problem? I want to know how much he should pay to Dubai government to remove the ban.
Dear Questioner,
In order to know how much your friend should pay to Dubai Government, we have to proceed with a travel ban check in order to check his criminal system in the UAE and get acknowledgment about how much the exact amount he has to pay.
