Entering the UAE with daughter without husband's permission
I am in the process of divorce in Poland and the USA.
The jurisdiction has not been ruled on yet. My 2 yr old daughter and I resided in Poland for the last year. My husband has sexual tendencies towards our daughter but it is difficult to prove.
He is in the USA and filed for the Hague Convention. In the worst-case scenario, if I lose the Hague Convention, can I find protection in the UAE?
I'm a skilled financial professional and I already have a job offer in Dubai. I am just wondering if (since I am still technically married) I will be allowed to work?
Will I even be able to enter the UAE with my daughter without my husband's permission? Since Hague Convention does not apply in the UEA and there is no extradition treaty to the US, can I find safety in the UAE and make it my home?
(I am non-Muslim).

Hello,
Thank you for your question!
You may be able to enter the U.A.E. with your daughter. However, generally, the U.A.E. immigration authorities may require an NOC from the father in order for you to sponsor your daughter and obtain a U.A.E. residency visa for her.
We recommend seeking comprehensive legal advice, prior to your move to the U.A.E., in order to make sure that you are aware of and abiding by all the U.A.E. laws and regulations.
To that end, feel free to reach out to us via email.
Kind regards,
Ludmila

You can come to the UAE and live peacefully but you may be needed the father's permission if the father is living in the UAE. Legally, the father is a guardian.
You can approach the court and get an order related to guardianship or any other issue related.
