حقوق الموظف عند إنهاء عقد العمل محدد المدة أثناء فترة الاختبار

مرحبًا،

لقد أنهت الشركة التي تعمل بها صديقتي خدمتها قبل أن تستكمل فترة الاختبار. إنها تعمل بموجب عقد عمل محدد المدة.

ستحصل على راتب مقابل أيام عملها الأخيرة باستثناء مكافأة نهاية الخدمة. لديها أيضًا 10 أيام من الإجازة غير المستخدمة.

هل يحق لها الحصول على تلك المستحقات؟

Thanks for contacting me.

Please note that as per Article 120 of the UAE labour law the employer has the right to terminate the employment contract during probation without notice.

In that case, the employee is entitled to get the pending salaries only.

As per Article 132 of the UAE labour law, a worker who has completed one or more years of continuous service shall be entitled to severance pay at the end of his employment.

As per Article 75, the annual leave period will start accumulating only after a period of 6 months from the date of joining.
