The legal course and punishment of a police case for theft
Hello.
I met two Jewish guys in a hotel in 9.12.2020. I went to their room and after 30 minutes left. That evening, the police came to my house searching for money. They didn't find it.
We went to the police station and stayed until morning at the police station. Because there was not enough proof, they let me go. Please help me.
That day I sent my money to my country 3200, can it be like proof against me?
I touched the safety box in front of him but,only door, not pin cod entering the place, is it also a proof?
They have a video like I am doing a sexual act, can it be used against me or he also can have problems? Please help with advice.
In the corridor, I was putting money in my bag and running out of the room. What can I get for such a case? Deportation, jail, fine?

You can be charged for illegal sexual relationships and theft if you have stolen the money. Both charges can lead you to deportation if are you found guilty of it.
May I know where is your passport? (if it's with the police then you are on bail).
