According to Article 120 of the UAE labour law, you can report to the MOHRE regarding this to make an absconding case and also terminate the contract without any benefits.

But practically, if an employee is outside the country, you can make an absconding case.

Therefore, you should report it to MOHRE and terminate the contract on the ground of Article 120 of the labour law.
