The process of a case running at the traffic public prosecution

Hi,

Initially, a police case will be registered for the accident.

The Police and Traffic Public Prosecution will investigate the matter and if they found someone’s negligence in the accident then the matter will be submitted to the traffic court for the decision.

Traffic court will examine all the facts and witnesses and give a chance to the accused person for his defence, then pronounce the judgment.

Both, Public Prosecution and the accused can go for an appeal if they are not satisfied with the first instance court judgment.
