Indemnity calculation for an employee in Kingdom of Bahrain

Indemnity calculation in Bahrain for terminated employee on an indefinite employment contract.

For first three years it will be half-month salary and for next years full one-month salary yearly shall be calculated as indemnity.

Please keep in mind that it is paid on basic salary only.
