Can I change my visa to another company if I have a travel ban against a loan?
I got a travel ban from a finance house. I don't know if it's a civil case, one advocate said to me it's a Dubai court travel ban.
My cheque is not bounced yet or they didn't submit it yet, but I have a travel ban. Now I need to change my visa to another company.
How can I do it? How do they file a civil case without bouncing a cheque?

A bounced cheque is not the only reason to ban someone from travelling.
While a travel ban and case are active in the system, you will not be able to renew/change visa sponsorship; unless you submit an application to the authority that enforced the action to permit you to proceed with visa renewal/change of sponsor.
