According to UAE law, without marriage, a physical relationship is illegal (now the law is changed but not yet published).

Pregnancy is also illegal, therefore, if the police knew that it was a result of an illegal relationship, then you both can be prosecuted and deported.

Therefore you can decide accordingly.
