Possibility of extradition for failing to pay a loan

Q: Hi,
A friend of mine took a half million Dirhams loan in 2016. He was fired 4 months later and he went to his home country (Center America).
Is there any chance for him to be extradited? In his country, could he be put in jail? Is there any expiration period?
Thanks

Q: One of my friends left the country with a credit card balance of around 120K.
What are the formalities he has to face? How is the criminal case and civil case in the UAE?
Can the bank catch him and get it from India? Can they file a case in India and attach his property?

How to enforce a favorable court verdict against a bank in execution

0
Q: I bought a property in 2008 with an 80% mortgage loan from a reputed national bank.
As per the mortgage contract it was signed for “Variable Interest Rate” and the bank should inform me about the interest rate changes. And I shouldn’t stop paying the principal amount.
BANK FRAUD:
1. The bank forced me to pay Pre-EMI for the first 6 years.
2. The bank increased the interest rate without informing me.
3. The bank used that increased interest rate as a fixed rate for 11 years.
After several emails and phone calls without any action, I stopped paying the bank, and then the bank has filed a commercial case in Dubai court.
The bank lost that case and Dubai Court ordered to reverse the bank fraud as per the signed contract:
1. Reverse all Pre-EMI to EMI.
2. Reverse interest rate increase.
The bank filed an appeal to Cassation Court and lost that appeal too.
MY QUESTIONS:
1. How can I exit from such a fraudulent bank contract and get my money back?

The developer failed to rectify the numerous leakages in the apartment, what to do? 0
Good afternoon,
I have purchased a property in Al Barsha (top floor). In spite of repeated reminders, the developer failed to rectify the leakages (numerous) in my apartment.
I had also notified this during DLP (Defect liability period). Can I refer my dispute to Rental Disputes Committee in Dubai Courts, even though there is an arbitration clause in the Sale and Purchase Agreement?
Appreciate your guidance on this.
Kind regards,
Kalpesh

The penalty applied when resigning before the expiry date of a limited contract 0
Dear Sir,
I am working with Jafza company as a product development manager under a limited contract.
Today, I am giving my 30 day-notice period against my contract. My contract will end by July 2021. I heard that I need to pay 45 days' salary to the company because of contract breaching.
I would like to know:
1) If I am giving an advance 30-day notice period, then why should I pay 45 days' salary to the company?
2) Currently, am I not doing my job as per Jafza attested contract?
3) After a year, the company changed my job profile without any amendment in Jafza attested contract?
I look forward to your valuable feedback.
Best Regards,
S.D

Stopping former colleague's harassment 0
Hi,
I have an ongoing harassment issue with a former colleague.
She created fake Facebook accounts and sent messages to my family and friends accusing me of adultery and threatening.
At that time, I did not know who she was as all the accounts were fake, however, yesterday she sent a package to my family with a document of my photos, WhatsApp messages, and allegations against me.
She also sent me abusive emails for months which included threats of defamation and threats against my family, but I did not reply. She bombarded my employer pretending to be my wife, requesting my HR records. I had to leave my jobs because of embarrassment.
I decided to report her to the police, however, because of work commitments, I am in the UK and will only return in January. The police have advised me to return and file a case. I would like two services:
1. Send a cease and desist letter to the person harassing me to stop.
2. Represent me whilst I am abroad to pursue this case.
