Is there any way to get a temporary entry permit to the UAE after being deported?

Hello Madam,

I am from Kerala, India. I had been deported from the UAE in 2005 because I absconded from my employer and worked outside. Is there any way to get an entry permit to the UAE?

I am working with an oil company that has its office in Dubai and they are supposed to send me to the UAE for some training. In 2018, the company sent me there and I was sent back immediately from the airport.

Please help me with some solution.

Hi there,

You may submit an application before the federal authority for identity and citizenship seeking special permission to enter UAE. This is as per article 28 of law no. 6 of 1973.

The application shall be submitted to the residency administration department and shall mention all details of the previous visa, the reasons and circumstances of deportation, justification for re-entry along with supporting documents and evidence.

Hello Madam,

Please give me an idea of your fees. I will pay you by the end on November.

How can I do my payment to your account?

Please help me to get rid of this UAE entry ban. My current job contract is going to end soon. Most of the oil companies having offices in Dubai.

So if I have to try for a new job outside India, it will be difficult with a UAE entry ban.

Regards

If you have actually absconded from your employment and for this reason you were deported after facing criminal proceedings, you will not be able to enter the UAE again.

This is in accordance with Article 11 of Ministerial Resolution No. 721 for 2006 on Escape Reports Procedures, which states:

"Any employee whose work relation ended in escape and against whom a final escape circular was issued shall be permanently deprived of working in the State in accordance with the provision of this resolution".
