My company, already established in the Nederlands, wants to launch a website addressed to UAE users.

Can we just launch the website or we need a special license?

As per your query, it is an e-commerce site and in order to publish the content with terms and policies, you have to draft the privacy policy as per the local UAE Laws and also as per UAE advertising regulations.

Also, you have to have an e-commerce license in the UAE.
