Difference between a criminal case and a civil case
What is the difference between a criminal case and a civil case?

Dear questioner,
Hope my message finds you well.
I would like to inform you that there is a big difference between criminal cases and civil cases because it is a huge acknowledgement related to a lot of experience which is not easy to explain it in one message.
So I will give you a brief. In a criminal case, the public prosecution punishes the accused and gives him a fine or puts him in jail. However, a civil case includes family, labour, commercial, civil and compensation.
This is simply the difference regarding your inquiry. For more information, please feel free to contact me on my mail "ms@elnaggarlegal.com".
Thank you and have a great day.
