حقوق الموظف عند الاستقالة بسبب تأخر الراتب
إذا تأخر الراتب لمدة 3 أشهر وتقدم الموظف استقالته، هل يحق لصاحب العمل حظر الموظف من العمل؟
وهل من القانوني خصم راتب 45 يومًا من التسوية بسبب عدم استكمال العقد؟

The worker may abandon his work without notice in the case that employer fails to honour his obligations towards the worker in accordance with the contract, or the Law.
You shall be paid at least once a month, so delayed 3 months payment of wages is a valid reason for termination. You may also claim the case before competent authorities.
