What if I signed a contract with my employer but I don't have any employment visa yet, then I want to quit? do they have the right to make any problem for me?

Dear Questioner,
With reference to the article no. 38 of the Labour Law, the employer is the one having the right, without notice period, to terminate your contract.
There is no article in the Labour Law referring to the employees.
I suggest you resign and respect the one month notice period.
Best regards,
Raluca Gatina.
