Apartment owner's agreement with an agency to maintain the relationship with the tenant
I am a non-UAE resident and willing to buy an apartment for rental investment. I have been told by the agent that once I buy this, I need to give POA to the agency to maintain the relationship with the tenant.
I am not sure about this, is this how it works? Can't I manage it remotely?
And, what would be their (agency) cost of maintaining?

Do not sign a POA without a clear and detailed agreement for property management.
If the agency wants to manage your property, you must reach a property management agreement with them where you will be able to detail your relationship with the agency and to agree with the costs of managing and maintaining your property.
I need more information so I will be able to give you more detailed advice.

Dear Client,
Good day!
If you're not a UAE resident person, you can purchase a property and you can manage remotely.
You don't have to give Power of Attorney to the agent to do anything. Once you purchase the property, you can give for the tenancy contract and you can manage all the matter remotely. There's no requirement whatsoever.

Thank you.
