Issuance of a new brand to operate via online sales under an existing LLC company
I have a Freezone company in the UAE and I will operate a brand via online sales and e-commerce (the name is different from the LLC). I haven't registered a trademark yet due to costs.
Am I legally allowed to invoice my customers with my brand name as letterhead and sign with my LLC?
Or do I have to change my company name to my brand name?

Dear questioner,
I have to see all documents and your business model first, but from the brief information presented by yourself, I can assume that you have a company in Freezone through which you want to conduct e-commerce business for a specific brand that you own.
First of all, you don't have to register a trademark of a new brand in the first two years in order to carry on the online sales of the product with that mark but that is not safe.
In case your brand becomes famous, anyone may file for the trademark registration and you may lose the right to use that anymore.
Your second question is that if you may invoice your customers with the letterhead bearing your brand name but not your company logo, in that case, you have to first register it as a trademark and then you may use that on the letterhead of the company along with or without the company original logo.
In case you want more details or register your trademark and avoid any sort of problems in the future, please share all information with me via phone or email.
