س: أنا أجنبي، ووافقت على القدوم إلى إمارة دبي للحصول على وظيفة، والشركة التي وظفتني أرسلت لي عرض عمل. لا أريد العمل في تلك الشركة، وأريد العودة إلى بلادي… ج: طالما أنك لم توقع على أي مستند، يمكنك المغادرة والعودة إلى بلادك. لا يحق لأحد أن يمنعك من العودة إلى بلدك ما لم تكن قد ارتكبت جريمة…

Hello Sir,

As long as you signed no document, you can leave and go back home.

And even if you have signed one, no one can prevent you from going back to your country unless you have made a criminal offence or have a liability with a judgment enforcement decision made against you.
