Case against a businessman for offering to return a debt on a lower exchange rate

My parents put their work compensation (100,000$) with a building material businessman 5 years ago, the deal then was in writing to give back once requested.

Now he is offering to give back at the rate of 1,515 LL. I already presented a case against him. Is it possible to get the money back in dollars?
