طلب تعويض من الشركة بسبب خرق العقد
لدي عقد مع شركة تصميمات داخلية. لقد ذكروا في العقد أن أعمال الديكور وتسليم الأثاث سيستغرق من ثلاثة إلى أربعة أشهر.
ولكن وصل الأثاث بعد ستة أشهر؛ وكانت بعض الأجزاء تالفة وغير مطابقة للتصميم الأصلي المتفق عليه ولم يتم الانتهاء من أعمال الديكور بعد مرور عام ونصف من توقيع العقد.
نظرًا لأنه لم يتم تنفيذ الأعمال في الوقت المحدد، فقد اضطررت إلى حجز أماكن أخرى لإقامة بعض الاحتفالات الخاصة التي كنت سأقيمها في منزلي ولقد أخبرتهم بذلك منذ البداية عندما تم تحديد موعد التسليم النهائي.

If you have a contract with the firm and it clearly mentions the time period and if there's no force majeure in between, there's no reason for a delay.
If you have spent or incurred losses on account of them and you have proof of spending money because it was not finished, please provide us all the details.
You have the right to file a case for getting the compensation plus the damages incurred on account of the none performance.
