How to file a case to get unpaid salaries from employer?

Hi Sir/Madam

I want to file a case against my company because I didn't get my salary since 5 months ago.

What do you give me suggestions?

I already went to the labour court but nobody helped because of my 3-year visa.

Sir/Madam,

Kindly advice me for the below matter. I have an immigration visa provided by my company for a period of three years.

But now the company stopped my duty and from the past five months,e I am sitting in camp without any Salary.

So I would like to file a complaint against the company. But I am unable to find out the concerned person and whom to contact in the ministry of Labour.

This is my humble request to guide me in the correct way.
