It depends on your actions in accommodation, but generally, if you have a license to drink and you had alcohol, it is not a problem.

But if you create any kind of problem, then you may be terminated on this ground under article 120 of labor law which states "is found in a state of drunkenness or under the influence of a narcotic drug during working hours;"
