إنهاء الشراكة مع الشريك المواطن وإغلاق الشركة بسبب الخسائر
مرحبًا،
لدي شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة في إمارة أبو ظبي، تأسست الشركة عام 2013 بنسبة 51 ٪ للشريك المواطن و49٪ لي.
كل عام أدفع 14,000 درهم للشريك المواطن بغض النظر عن الربح أو الخسارة. النقطة الهامة هي أن الشريك المواطن لم يستثمر أبدًا في شركتي وكانت نسبته مذكورة فحسب في وثائق كاتب العدل (51٪).
في الوقت الحالي أريد إلغاء الشركة بسبب الخسائر والكفيل المواطن يطلب الحصول على 50,000 درهم للإلغاء وأنا لا أملك هذا المبلغ.
أخبرني أنه يمكنه تقديم شكوى ضدي لدى الشرطة. أيضًا، ليس لديّ سوى إيصال الدفع للمبلغ المدفوع إلى الشريك المواطن للعام الماضي.

As per the UAE Law, the local sponsor is 51% of the shareholder.
In case the company is facing a loss, you should file bankruptcy. It is tough to fight against the local sponsor. The sponsor fees can not be challenged before any court of law.

Please note that you can liquidate the company. The process is Board meetings to be called with agenda to liquidate the company, followed by a Board resolution.
Then, proceed with Audit and liquidation procedures. You need not pay the sponsor for that.
