تغيير عقوبة الشيك المرتجع من السجن إلى الغرامة
هناك قضية شيك مرتجع مرفوعة ضدي في مركز شرطة بر دبي في شهر ديسمبر 2016 لاسترداد مبلغ قيمته 80,000 درهم إماراتي، وفي عام 2017، صدر حكم ضدي غيابيًا (عقوبة السجن لمدة شهر).
يرجى ملاحظة أنني دفعت بالفعل 35,500 درهم للمدعي على أقساط حتى قبل صدور الحكم. كما صدر هذا الحكم قبل تطبيق نظام الغرامات على الشيكات بقيمة 200,000 درهم وما دونها.
سؤالي هو؛ هل يمكنني تغيير هذا الحكم إلى دفع الغرامة دون الذهاب إلى مركز الشرطة أم سأضطر إلى قضاء عقوبة السجن؟
