What should you do after getting a labour judgment

I filed a case against my company due to the non-payment of my salaries and EOSB. I got a judgement today.

Kindly advise on the next step and how many days it will take to get my money from the court after the judgement.

You should wait 30 days, and if your company did not appeal the judgment, you will need to open the execution file.

Can I open the execution file before 30 days?

If I open the file now, when can I get my money?

I don't think that the company will appeal because as per the company, the judgment amount is less.

Kindly guide me.
