إنهاء اتفاقية البيع والشراء والمطالبة باسترداد الأموال بسبب تغيير المواصفات
هل يحق للمطور العقاري تغيير مخطط المبنى الذي تم توضيحه في حفل افتتاح المشروع والوارد في جميع الكتيبات والإعلانات والنماذج عبر الإنترنت بحجة أن المخطط غير مدرج في اتفاقية البيع والشراء؟
في حفل افتتاح المشروع اقتنعنا بتصميم المبنى وتخطيطه، ولكن عند التسليم وجدنا أنه تم تغيير ذلك دون إشعار مسبق.
هل يمكنني رفع قضية أم يمكنهم أن يثبتوا أن ذلك ليس جزءًا من اتفاقية البيع والشراء؟
هل يمكنني استرداد المبلغ المدفوع مقدمًا بنسبة 30٪ من قيمة العقار ورفض حيازة الوحدة؟

If they are major changes especially for the size and the view complete design, yes, you can take legal action against them.

If the changes are huge then you can terminate the contract. If they're minor, then you are entitled to compensation. There is another law concerning the changes in the space.
We have to examine contracts, documents to see the agreed terms and ground for termination.
