عقد اتفاقية بين شركة في دولة الإمارات وموظفين في دول أخرى
أريد الحصول على إجابة بشأن السؤال التالي:
لدينا شركة منطقة حرة مقرها إمارة دبي، ونريد توظيف ثلاثة أشخاص في مصر (ليس للشركة فرع أو شركة تابعة هناك).
ما نوع الاتفاق الذي يمكن إبرامه بين الشركة في دبي والموظف في مصر؟
هل هي اتفاقية عمل تخضع لقانون العمل في دبي؟
هل هي اتفاقية تقديم خدمات بصفته موظف مستقل تخضع لقوانين ولوائح دبي فيما يتعلق بالعقود؟
هل هناك أي ضرائب يجب على الموظف دفعها في مصر إذا قمنا بإبرام أي من الاتفاقيات المذكورة أعلاه؟
